1. How long are shipping times?

Once your order is received, we will start production based on the size or any personalisation request made. Item will be ready for dispatch in 3 to 4 working days. Shipment will take 3 to 6 days based on your location. We will share its tracking number with you

 

2. What's your return policy?

Sorry but we do not offer return or exchange. All our items are custom made and built on order only. Therefore there is no exchange or return on these items.

 

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the specified time frame. 

 

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective or damaged product -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a replacement of the same item. Please make sure to make unboxing video of parcel. No replacement request will be entertained without unboxing video.
