Sorry but we do not do any refunds, exchange or returns.

All products we sell are custom made based on customer's requirements.

Also, all the products go through an intensive layer of checks before they are dispatched.

Exchange or return can be done if a damaged or different product is received, please make sure to make unboxing video of parcel to claim for it

Any request without unboxing video will not be entertained
